Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice via email. You can also download your invoice from your account by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Go to My Orders and select the order you need an invoice for.
3. Click on Download Invoice to save or print it.

- Free first return / exchange – 7‑day window
Let us know within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags - One‑size bottoms (lounge pants & joggers) – no size swaps.
- Damaged or wrong item? Email houseofpureecohope@gmail.com with your order # and clear photos within 7 days. We’ll fix it fast.
- Exchanges – swap for a different size or product (equal or lower price). If it costs less, we refund the difference.
- Refunds
• Pre‑paid orders → back to your original payment method.

For shipping, we use reliable courier companies like Delhivery to ship the products which are fully insured.
We will not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen delay by courier companies in delivering packages to the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

For shirts, we offer standard sizes: S, M, L, and XL.
Our harem pants are available in two inclusive fits: Free Size and Plus Size.

- Our clothes are made up of recycled cotton and is skin-safe, but a quick rinse helps soften the fabric naturally and makes it truly yours.
- Our fabrics are colourfast and won’t bleed — even in the first wash. Wash with similar colours, just in case.
- Because our clothes are made up of recycled cotton, they don't shrink , but a small 1-2% shrinkage may occur over time. To minimise this, wash cold and avoid tumble drying.
- Best way to wash and dry HOPE clothing-
Machine Wash – Use cold water (30°C) on a gentle cycle.
Mild Detergent – Avoid harsh chemicals and opt for eco-friendly detergents.
No Bleach – Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, as they can damage the fabric.
Air Dry – Lay flat or hang dry to preserve fabric integrity and reduce environmental impact. Avoid tumble drying.
Low Iron (if needed) – Use a low heat setting to remove wrinkles.
