CARE is HOPE’s way of saying — we’re with you, even after the sale. We understand that sometimes a piece doesn’t fit right, feel right, or live up to your expectations. With CARE, you can return it within 15 days, no questions asked. And if your HOPE garment has lived its full life? Send it back to us. We’ll recycle it — giving it a second life, and giving the planet a second chance.

How it works?

OPTION 1: RETURN WITH CONFIDENCE

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery
  • What you van return: Items that don't fit, don’t suit your style, or arrived defective
  • Your choice of resolution: Refund/Exchange/Store Credit

OPTION 2: RETURN FOR RECYCLING

  • Return used/torn/damaged HOPE garments anytime within 12 months
  • Get Rs.100 store credit per item (max 3 per return)
  • We'll recycle them into fresh HOPE styles
  • Process: You’ll send back the product to us and after inspection, store credit will be issued to your HOPE Wallet.

  1. Drop us a detailed mail at houseofpureecohope@gmail.com telling what problem you faced with you HOPE product along with images.
  2. Once you receive confirmation mail from our end you are required to pack your HOPE garments and ship them to our recycling unit.
  3. Once reviewed and approved, your store credits will be added to your HOPE Wallet.

Standard returns may include a small reverse shipping fee, which will be communicated at the time of return initiation. Recycling is free — you just pay for shipping the used items back to us.
