We get it. Sometimes things don’t work out. That’s okay. Please see our detailed Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.

Return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, Email us at houseofpureecohope@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Subject: Your Order Number and Include: Reason for return and product images (mandatory for wrong or damaged products).

All items purchases under "BUY 2 GET 2 SALE" are ineligible for return and refund. If a final sale item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at houseofpureecohope@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will process the refund within 48 hours

If the product is not in original condition, the refund will not be issued.

Important Notes: We are working on adding reverse pick-up in the coming months.

Only self-shipping is allowed (no reverse pick-up at present).
We will reimburse up to ₹150 for shipping charges (on actual shipping bill provided).
100% of your order value plus shipping cost (up to ₹150) will be refunded upon return approval.
COD Orders and shipping fee of is non-refundable

Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method within 2 working days of product receipt at our warehouse.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund to your bank/UPI within 2 working days of product receipt (bank/UPI details to be shared by customer).
Please note: COD and Shipping fee are non-fundable

Purchases under BUY 2 GET 2 are only eligible for size exchanges with a minimal logistics fees of 200/-
Email us with order number, reason for exchange, and product images (mandatory for wrong or damaged products).
Once received in original, unused condition with tags intact, we will process the exchange.

If the product is not in its original condition, exchange will not be processed.

For combo purchases, if you return part of the set:

Refund will be processed as per individual item price, not the discounted combo price.
Example: If you buy 2 lounge pants for ₹1458 (one priced ₹899) and return one, the refund will be ₹559 (1458 - 899).
Applies to all product categories.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Returns and exchanges are only via self-shipping. Once received, refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
