Let us know within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
One-size bottoms (joggers) – no size swaps.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email houseofpureecohope@gmail.com with your order # and clear photos within 7 days. We’ll fix it fast.
Exchanges – swap for a different product (equal or lower price). If it costs less, we refund the difference.
Refunds – Email houseofpureecohope@gmail.com with your order # to start a return.
